Italian sausage, peppers, onions and tomatoes are sautéed into golden scrambled eggs topped with melted provolone cheese, served on a grilled grinder roll accompanied with oven roasted potatoes. 13.95

Enchilada Egg Platter
Two eggs served any style with a pair of house made vegetable and pepper jack cheese enchiladas topped with melted cheddar served with a side of oven roasted potatoes, black bean salsa and grilled corn bread. 13.95

The extra thick five point Belgian waffle is filled with diced pineapple cinnamon spiced carrots and coconut then served with a hot fruit compote of apples, raisins and walnuts, warm maple syrup and whipped butter.
